That is a very common problem that about 40% of people have. We teach you how to deal with your emotions and how to cope with an inappropriate emotional state during the flight.

I WON’T BE ABLE TO STAY CALM KNOWING THERE IS A 10KM ABYSS BELOW ME

This illogical conclusion happens due to lack information about aviation – learning more about the nature of the plane, turbulence, meteorology will help you cope with such thoughts due to having more information about the entire process.

I DON’T FEEL MYSELF SAFE DURING TURBULENCE

We know where it comes from and we know the nature of it – you will learn that turbulence does not affect the safety of the flight.

STILL SOMETHING CAN GO WRONG

Most of the people who are afraid to fly tend to have a catastrophic way of thinking – the problem is all of the negative feelings you experience due to such thinking are only caused by your imagination – you will learn how to prevent negative thoughts and how to control your mind during the flight.

WHEN I AM ON A PLANE I LOOSE CONTROL OF THINKING

That happens because when getting on a plane you get adrenaline spike that blocks logical thinking and can even cause a panic attack. You will be taught different methods and techniques that will help you prevent adrenaline spikes and block the fear. .

I NEVER FLY UNTIL I DON’T HAVE A CHOICE. I TRY TO NEVER LOOK THROUGH THE ILLUMINATOR. I KEEP LISTENING CAREFULLY TO EVERYTHING THAT’S HAPPENING AROUND.

We work on changing the habits caused by phobia

  • In preparation for your flight a special virtual reality program will help you train your reflexes.
  • A training session on a real BOEING-747 simulator will give you a better understanding of everything that happens in the cockpit during flight. 
  • Once you feel prepared, you will be able to take an accompanied graduating flight to practice all that you’ve learned.
